Shipping & Return Policy
While I strive for top quality in my work, every now and then a defect can happen which is why I stand behind all my creations for quality issues. In the event of damage not due to wear and tear I am happy to repair or replace the item up to 1 year from purchase.
As my jewelry is handmade, please treat it with care as I do not issue refunds for damages caused by misuse or abuse of the piece.
I ship everything through the US postal service. Should an order be lost in transit, I will do my best to help find the package. Please ask about insurance as I offer it as extra protection. If you do not request insurance, I am not responsible for lost items. All shipments come with tracking. I have priority and overnight available as well. I am not responsible for stolen packages if delivery is confirmed through tracking.
I ship within 1-2 days of payment.
